Merry Christmas

it's christmas eve today, i had been sick for 2 days. mummy is also down with flu.
we slept early as mummy n me had not been sleep well last night becos she was taking care of me.

We were celebrating both uncles birthdayat this chinese resturant where i can't help it but kissing Jiaen jie jie hee hee. I'm 7th month today too.
Mummy started me on brushing 2 days ago. The adults find me funny with the brush cos I had been pushing in and pull out like real brushing. Anyway it's fun!

25th Nov, my first visit to gymboree. We were late for the class as daddy thought the class starts 1145hrs when the class starts 1130hrs. Daddy had some urgent work need to rush back to office and only mummy and me attended the class. Both of us enjoined the class. After the class we went lunch with aunty Ambery + hb, bb Faith, bb Gerad + aunty cheong + hb, and aunty knotty + hb + bb. All bb fall alseep after the work out so the adults quickly had their meals while we fall sleeps in the strollers, except me. cos mummy did not bring stroller so aunty Ambery lent bb Faith's Quinny stroller to us hee hee. We went shopping at kiddy palace in parkway, mummy finally got the leadfrog counting pad for me which cost $39.90 with discount!

Today I'm 6th months old!

I'm 6th months old today, grandma brought me back from nanny's place as mummy working till 4.30pm. We can't go out for celebration as I'm not feeling well. We stay at home and play on my bumper mat which mummy just bought for me. Daddy and mummy had a great time playing with me!

I'm sicked!

Today mummy n gradma brought me to see Dr Chan as I'm suffering from running nose n phelgm in the throat. Dr Chan says I'm having mild flu n played with me. She said i looked like a snow man! I'm 8.4kg and 68cm long today. Mummy also down with flu, even doctor says she is more sick than me!

Gong Gong's Birthday

28 Oct 07 was gong gong's birthday, we went Plaza Hotel for buffet. It was my 2nd visit to this place. We celebrated Father's day there when I was 1 month old.

I'm 5 months old!

Today I'm 5 months old. Today i also had my 1st fall! I rolled off the mattress on the floor, my head landed on the floor. Mummy had a shock when she saw me half of the body on the mattress and my head on the floor when she came out from the kitchen. Now she will be more alert when she need to leave me alone. Lucky i got no bar lu ku.

Last week end we went to Pasir Ris chalet and celebrated cousin Desiree's 1st birthday. It was decorated with theme of Carebears. Mummy took this channce to take a picture of me with the carebears cos it's her favourite too. I went for tui na again on last sat, it was a looooong queue and mummy went to tell the boss we not going to wait. Then the boss saw me a baby and gave me pirorty. hee hee lucky.

Yipee I'm 4 months and 2 weeks old today! My wt is 7.67kg and 68cm long.

This is the 1st time I'm celebrating mooncake festival with daddy and mummy.

Mummy and Daddy also brought me to chinese tui na few days back as they find me not finishing my feeds and vomiting. I felt better after the tui na. Saturday, September 1, 2007 See I can hold my head right up. Sunday, August 19, 2007 Jia En jie jie came today, the adults were trying to take a pic for both of us. Look they took me with my lotus leg wahahaha. Today I've reached another milestone! I managed to turn by myself! Mummy was sooooo happy and she says it's the BEST present I give her for her Birthday which tomorrow. See I'm trying to show daddy how I filp. 18 Aug 2007, Grandma and Ah Yee came and visit me and mummy. Ah Yee is going back to Indonesia (Batam) the next day. She so nice keep me company and change diaper for me. We went to meet up with grandpa and had dinner at grandpa's place in the evening. Mummy and daddy were trying to rush back because Mah Mah said I need to be home by 7pm during hungry ghost festival. Saturday, August 11, 2007 Today mummy and daddy bought me to uncle Linus's clinic for my 6 in 1 jab and rotarix. Mummy says I'm a brave boy because I did't cry just make some noise due to the jab! Mummy was very sad for the pass few days when she put me with my baby sitter. She missed me badly and keep calling the baby sitter when she missed me. We celebrated mummy's birthday in advance on National Day with gong gong, mah mah, uncles, aunty and cousin Jadyn. See this is mummy's friend aunty Lynn bought for me very colourful huh! Tuesday, August 7, 2007 7 Aug 2007 Hooray, went for check up yesterday, Doctor said my heart murmur no more don't even need to follow up. Today mummy brought me to baby sitter's house. Mummy very worried when called aunty during lunch and rush back when she heard me crying. Mummy went home after felt relief that aunty Mei Yun managed to made me sleep. Mummy cried when we reach home because she saw a few scratch marks over my legs and face. Thursday, August 2, 2007 Yesterday, we went to Toa payoh and had dinner with grandpa, grandma, uncle, aunty and Joven gor gor. The restaurant which got live band made me n gor gor very excited. I did't get to sleep untill 11pm last night. Monday, July 30, 2007 This is my cousin Joven gor gor, see he's shaking my hand. He is 1 year senior than me. His mummy is going to bring him back to his grandma in China this week, so mummy and aunty meet up to gai gai today. They bought lots of cloths for us, and we had a great time today. Hope to meet gor gor again real soon so that got people to play with me. Sunday, July 29, 2007 Today daddy and mummy brought me to shave my hair because she can't stand my hair keep dropping off. Gong gong says I must join him to yun nan jian fa zhong xin for treatment. Hee hee look at my 'Botak' head. Thursday, July 26, 2007 It's me again and I'm 2 months old now and grandma says I'm very 'ti ta'. I like people to talk to me but I dun understands what they all talking about. ha ha 17 July 07, mummy bought me to see Dr Chan from SBCC, because I had diarrhoea 5-6 times, and daddy is out of town. Mummy very panic so grandma and mummy bought me to the clinic. It was fun there, nurses there help to take my weight and lenght. I'm 6.5Kg and 60.5cm long at 9 weeks and 2 days old. After seeing Dr Chan i was given diarrhoea medication to go home with. Mummy makes me take the yakee med while grandma helps to hold me down! Mum's gathering Today mummy bought me to Bugis to meet other May07 mummies and other gor gor and jie jie. Wah so many aunties and all jie jie and mei mei no gor gor hee hee I'm the only boy. One month old Hey I'm Kai Yang Darren, I'm 1 month old hee hee. After discharged from hospital I've been staying with mummy, daddy and aunty Yi Zhu (mummy's confinement lady) who takes care of me. My face was cover with heat rashes which she keep applying cream for me until i looks like 'xiao bai lian' ha ha ha. Hi I'm baby Kai Yang Darren, I'm born on 13 May 2007, 2026hrs which happened to be Mother's day. I was born in Singapore General Hospital. Weight 3.675Kg, head lenght 34cm and 52cm long. After I was born I was taken to high dependency ward for glucose monitoring due to mummy had GDM during pregnancy. Quickly I wake hubby up n prepared to head for the hospital. We went striaght to labour ward, MO on call examined me, where I was only 2cm dilated and she adviced me to admit to the ward to wait. Don't feel much contraction and pain was sore 2. 4.30pm the pain was unbearable and I called for the nurse. The MO came and checked me, it was only 3cm dilated and she offered epidural and I agreed. 5.15pm Reached labour ward again but the anesthetist was attending to a ICU patient, so I was given laughing gas while waiting. The midwife checked and I was 5 cm dilated! She adviced me to have the epidural even I was 5cm dilated as being my first labour, may expirence long labour pain. 6pm Dr Tan came and checked, I was 7cm dilated. I felt like 'passing motion' as I told hubby. The pain is getting unbearable but it was too late for epidural it was where I started to start push! 8.26pm after trying hard for 1hour plus of pushing finnally baby Darren was delivered. I had some sitching done cos I had a cervic tear. I was kept in the labour ward for monitoring over night.
