Upside down here we go....

See! I almost turn the house upside down!
We went to visit Ah yi Huiling over the long week end. It was fun at her place cos there were space infront of her house for me to run about. I even had channce to see a cow and roaster at a very close distance! We went shopping with ah gong, por por and ah yi, mummy had her favourite A&W too!

Vivo water play....

This is the 1st time i had a channce to play at the water play area at Vivo city.
I was allowed to play under the hot sun while water keep splashing on me.... i was trying to look into the hole finding where does the water came from. Mummy only allowed me to play for 15 mins cos she worry i may get sick under such weather.

Celebrations celebrations.....

2wks rite after jia en's birthday we celebrated gong gong's 60th birthday. That's is how I started to learn singing the birthday song and clapping......now whenever i see cake or people sings this song i will clap and swing my body!
The waitresses were very friendly they all take turns to carry me and gave me sweets.

I thought just for fun and i did a compare of our pic with Darren, the result was he had 7% looks more like me!

Managed to bring Kai yang for his MMR jab 2 wks ago, he was doing well but had been refusing milk and tents to be whine a lot!
We had been enjoining swimming for the last 2 saturdays.....

Jia En's birthday!

Jia En jie jie is turning 2 yrs old this coming Thrusday. We celebrated her birthday last sat at Turf city and we had Japanese food. Uncle and aunty bought Jia en a speacial cupcake instead of just usual birthday cake.

We went swimming.....

Mummy was down with flu and she think that her sinusitis in catching up again. Can't bring me for MMR jab and the adults worry i may get sick and wonder it's mummy's germs or due to MMR. Last wk end we went swimming with 2nd uncle and Jia En jie jie, i enjoin the playing at the baby's pool very much..... no channce to take a pic, maybe next time!

My MMR injection had been delayed due to some running nose and Uncle Linus was having his reservice. The weather had been bad! Raining almost daily. Tomorrow is daddy's birthday, but he got to OT and mummy is working this sat. Mummy also busy with getting mooncakes for the family and her godparents. Hopes she can get her job done by this wk cos next wk is the festival!

Mummy's new job!

In order to spent more time with me mummy had made a decision of leaving her favourite dept of Emergency (SGH). Mummy resigned from her shift work and took up an office hour job at TTSH. Before mummy started her new job, she brought me to kidsexplorer at downtown east with anuty Huinak and Keiren gor gor. We had a wonderful afternoon but the mummies were running around after us like monkeys too ha ha ha... I fell asleep as soon as we hop on uncle Linus's car.

Mummy was wondering should bring me for MMR injection which I'm 15 months old. She heard it got some link to autisum. Moreover I had just recovered from flu n cough. I was given Hou Ning for 5 days (1 tube each day) which mummy felt it really helps for reducing pheglum if not I would't have recover within 1 wk! As for MMR I think will be hold on till mummy have leave cos many aunties said it will develop fever after the jab.

14th months old update.

Hi Hi it had been quite sometime since mummy update the blog for me. My lastest growing process was I'm already starting to walk with assitance. Now I'm able speak a few words like 'gar gar'(means insect), 'fffish', 'dan dan' or 'egg'. Screaming seems to be my other way of communication nowadays. Mama n Gong gong had been trying to educate me not to scream in the public. Mummy felt that it's part of the growing process, she's trying to find a solution n even consult other mummies to understand why I scream.

Father's Day celebration

On Father's Day, my mummy, ah kong, ma ma and uncle brought me to Hort Park. We went there during the late afternoon. We saw many different types of plants and trees and admired nature. Even though the weather was terribly hot, i enjoyed myself. After that, we went for dinner but the restraunt we went to wasn't baby friendly! The food was salty and too hard for me. Even my mummy didn't like the food there. Haha..

Father's Day was perfect and i had a great time. The sad part.. is that my Daddy wasn't there. he was down with a fever.

Happy Father's Day daddy! I hope next year, i have the chance to celebrate with you!

Bithday celebration part 3

Ah Yi came all the way from Batam to attend my birthday party. Thank u Ah Yi. Ah gong went to fetch grandgodma while we were having photo taking after the blowing candle. Aunty Huinak, Huichi and Shuin hwa bought me a learning home playyard. It was so big n heavy. Aunty Carrisa n Mengpoh also bought me a activity table which mummy had wanted to buy for me.

Birthday celebration part 2

While the adults were busy eating, I was busy playing. See! It's me and Jia en jie jie we had great time playing in a pool of balls. Aunty Pat and family also came. Amanda Jie Jie carried me and silde down from a 2 level high slide. It was very fun and excited. Here's a clear look of my cake.

My Birthday celebration @ Glassroot club.

Mummy celebrated my birthday 2 days in advance as my birthday happened to fall on a week day. Uncle Greg was engaged to do the balloons deco for my party. The function room was brighten up with 20 latex balloons with 'Happy Birthday' wording and 6 big mylar balloons from overseas (ordered by mummy). My birthday cake was from Pine Garden, everyone said the cake was nice to see n nice to eat too! Mummy had made a right choice, she ordered orange zest for the kids and lychee martini flavour for the adults.

Hospitalisation!

Ah Gong was hospitalise for abdominal pain on 8th April, he was found him having stomach ulcer and went for emergency operation. After the op he was in the ICU for 2 days. I was down with fever since 12th April. Fever on and off for 1 week, seen Dr Chan and 24hrs clinic at Mt Alvernia. I was started on antibiotics but fever still persistent until mummy sense something wrong when I can't sleep well at night. In fact I was wheezing, after confirmation by Dr Chan and X-ray of my chest I was admited for Rt sided pnumonia and ear infection.
Setting of I/V plug and suctioning of the phlegm was traumatising to me. Poor me, the only thing that made me happy was the play room next to my ward. There's a little plane which I can rock myself and the slides can made me 'enjoin' my stay!
With 2 days of antibiotic and neb (4hrly) helped to remove the phlegm in my throat. I was discharged on 21st April. Mummy went back to work on the next day.

My 1st visit to the airport!

Over the week end I went tomb sweepting of my great garndparents with the family except aunty Tety and daddy (both were out of town). We had lunch at Botak Jones and gong gong had a game of billard at the canteen with uncles. The game had made me n Jia en jie jie soooo excited that she was running around the billard table n while i was screaming at the table.


Mummy was sick after looking after me for just 5 days. I was suffering from minor diarrhoea which the adults thought I was teething. Mummy n granny decided to bring me for tui na and mummy need to consult a Dr herself. After Tui na we went Terminal 3 for lunch. My 1st visit to the airport was so excited that I had missed my afternoon nap.

Nanny went for op....

Mummy had no choice but to take leave while nanny went for her eye op. The op had made nanny not able to take care for me as she is not able to carry heavy things or bend forward. The 1st day of holiday we went celebrate Ah Gong's birthday while daddy still at KL. We went to uncle Zhenyi's place n Yu xiang's place which aunty Lynn got so many toys at home!

2 months to go.....

Mummy bought me to foodfair with granny it was on my 10th months old day. I was given Taiwan meat ball and porridge while mummy tried out the food there. Aunty had her medical checkup on the same day after which she was confirmed going for her eye operation on 28 March. Mama and gong gong went KL for aunty Winna's wedding the next day. Mummy wonder when is her turn going for a tour.....
Mean while it's 2 months time down the road to my 1st year birthday. Mummy had already started to prepare for the celebration. Awaiting for the location to be confirm.

On my way to recovery

Rashes started all over my body after 3rd day of fever. Fever came down but small little red spots started to appear over my body and arms. Mummy and mama thought it's was chickenpox and after confirmation by Dr Chan it was fake measles. The older generation believe not to come in contact with water and wind. I was sponged for 3 days. Thru out the 1 week, I was cranky n having poor appetite. I even miss the celebration of Great grandmother's birthday cos my immunity is still low Aunty Nicole advice mummy not to bring me out.

Sick at 9th months.

Mummy felt not right when she woke up in the morning. I was hot running a temp of 37.6deg. My panadol was left at nanny's place and mummy got to go and buy fever medicine for me. Fever went up and down even with the medicine. At night the temp even went up to 38.8deg. Mummy had to take emergency leave to look after me as she surpose to work night shift. The whole day I just cry n wanted to be carried, at one point mummy also cry with me, cos she was losted and don't know what I wanted,this was how I spend my 9th month.

Today mummy took me to see Dr Chan and found that I had URTI, very red at the throat. Still having fever despite taken panadol. That's the reason why I keep drinking water and screaming yesterday. We came home and I slept. Vomitied after I woke up with fever while mummy was feeding me the fever medicine. Mummy and granny had a shock, I was also shocked by the reaction and smell of the vomitious.

Today is Valentine's Day, mummy n daddy were so busy with me and I don't think they have any channce to celebrate.

My 1st Chinese New Year!

We were celebrating at Yi Ma's place on the 2nd day of chinese new year, the kids were playing on the bed. It was a difficulty job to take a proper picture for Jia En jie jie, Hui Qing jie jie and me. I was having a nap and fell off the bed at Yi Ma's hse. It was hush fall that I cried non stop for 5 mins. Mummy and daddy was very upset and felt guilty for my fall, lucky I did not suffer any injuries so far. The joyful part of new year was I collected many ang baos from all the grandaunties and granduncles wahahahah.

CNY preparation

Chinese New Year is coming the adults are busy preparing for it. Mummy had no time to shop for new year clothes.
poor me, I'm down with flu again, medicine from Dr Chan doesn't help last night i couldn't sleep well due to blocked nose n breathless which woke me up many times. Mummy had to carry me to sleep.
Mummy left for work at 6am, grandma n daddy bought me to nanny's place. Mummy brought me to see Dr Wong (Dr Chan was not running a clinic today) who gave me nose drop.
Mummy was super tired and still had to attend to me in the night.
